SERVICES

BIM

Our BIM services include architectural, structural and MEP modeling. We have worked on models ranging from 200 to 350 LOD. Archisolutions BIM Architecture Services caters the comprehensive solutions to the virtual design and construction requirements. Standard international codes are been used while creating various building models. BIM models are accurate designs that our engineers use state-of-the-art tools to create it. We also convert Point cloud data to 3D models.

BIM Model Levels:

  1. LOD 200: Elements are modeled based on the approximate quantities, size, shape and orientation. Non-geometric details can also be attached to the general model elements created by our team.
  2. LOD 300: Elements of the accurately designed modeling are defined with precise quantity, specific assemblies, shape, orientation and size. Even to this type of model elements, non-geometric details can be attached.
  3. LOD 350: Here we consider detailed model element that showcase how building elements interface with several systems and other building elements.

Facility Management through BIM

Applications:

Documentation: The Focus3D accurately records the inventory data that is needed by Facility Managers – be it the structural situation at a production plant or the building services equipment in an office block. Planning of structural alterations: The scan data provides an accurate three-dimensional model of the actual status of the building. As a result, Facilities Managers can run through the usage options for rooms even before planning actual begins. Replanning of technical modifications: Changes to technical equipment, such as pipes, air ducts, and electrical supply lines, can be depicted and checked in advance in the virtual model. This offers a stable basis for replanning.

Benefits:

Complete and precise 3D documentation of the current status of buildings and building sites It is especially suited to facilities managers, architects, construction engineers, construction experts, and surveyors.
